Residential Loan Program



The Bonneville Power Administration, in cooperation with First Mutal Bank of Bellevue, Washington, has developed a Residential Loan Program to provide long-term support for residential conservation investments. Targeting windows, heat pumps, and other conservation measures, the loan program is implemented through participating electric utilities and their Residential Loan Program
approved vendors. BPA and First Mutual have release a "Residential Loan Program Kit", which provides all the information utilites need to get the loan program started in their area. Click here for the kit.
