We are proposing to delist gray wolves in the Eastern Distinct Population Segment

Gray wolves in the eastern United States have been proposed for removal from the list of threatened and endangered species.

A 120-day public comment period is now open. Find out how to comment on the proposal and the schedule of public hearings. An additional public hearing has been scheduled in Maine.
