Donna Klepper
Ed.D., Leadership/Organizational Development
Donna is the Director of the University Center for the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at the University of Virginia (UVA). She is responsible for academic programs, personal and professional enrichment programs, international study programs and conferences and institutes offered through the University Center. To stay current in her field, she pursues several outside professional activities. Since 1997, she has served as faculty member and team leader at the Federal Executive Institute and since 1986 has taught in a similar position for UVA's Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service, Senior Executive Institute. She currently is an adjunct faculty member teaching business related courses for Mary Baldwin College's Adult Degree Program. She also serves in leadership positions on a statewide and local level, serving as the 1993 chair of the Charlottesville and Albemarle County Chamber of Commerce and was awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award by the National Association for Community Leadership in 1994. Her graduate degrees are both from UVA.
