David Belden
David Belden is a Chair in The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization for CEOs. He leads executive workshops and retreats for companies, associations, not-for-profits, and governmental organizations, helping them discover the underlying blockers to cooperation, understanding and profitability. In addition, he is an expert Executive Coach, working individually with Senior Executives to help them unleash their full potential. Among the retreats designed and executed by David Belden are the Lessons in Courage and Lessons in Change models which focus on helping organizations open communication and confront resistance to change. He also teaches, coaches and trains new Chairs within the TEC organization. Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, David Belden worked for more than 20 years with international humanitarian organizations in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. During the past 12 years, he has lived in six different countries executing anticorruption programs developed by The World Bank. This work has allowed him to travel, train, and teach in a total of 14 countries.
