Elizabeth Corliss
M.S., Human Resource Management

Beth is an Executive-in-Residence at FEI, on a two-year detail from the United States Air Force. A member of the Senior Executive Service, Beth previously served as the Director for Personnel Force Development, Headquarters, United States Air Force. In this capacity she developed plans and policies for both military and civilian personnel in all aspects of training and education. She also developed policy for military equal opportunity and civilian equal opportunity employment. Beth?s entire Federal career has been with the Department of the Air Force, working in multiple civilian and military personnel disciplines. As she progressed in her career, she worked at numerous locations, holding positions at base, major command, and the Pentagon levels. She holds a bachelor?s degree in history from The Colorado College, and a master?s degree in human resource management from Utah State University.
