Center for Executive Leadership
Registration Information
FEI program charges include the following:
- All instructional services
- Course materials (including program notebook and videotapes where appropriate)
- Lodging at FEI in Charlottesville
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
- Breaks-coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and morning and afternoon snacks
The FEI campus is a self-contained center for living and learning. Participants stay in comfortable private guest rooms and eat well-prepared and health-conscious meals.
Programs are presented in well-equipped on-site classrooms. All facilities used for programs are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or a member of your team need special assistance, please contact us to describe your needs.
FEI's facility and setting contribute to your learning environment. Located approximately two hours southwest of Washington, DC, FEI is removed from the constant interruptions of daily work.
The fourteen-acre FEI campus is in the heart of the bustling university community of Charlottesville, Virginia, but is secluded by woods and terrain. In addition to the University of Virginia, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello and James Monroe's Ashlawn-Highland are nearby.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, send a qualified substitute from your organization in your place. If you cannot find a substitute, notify us as early as possible. Because our programs are designed to facilitate personal attention, each offering accommodates a limited number of participants. Therefore, we cannot refund your tuition if you cancel within two weeks of your program start date.
CEL Programs Are Especially Designed For
- Members of the Senior Executive Service or equivalent pay systems
- GS-15 managers
- State, local, or international government leaders
All programs are held on the FEI campus in Charlottesville, VA. Food and lodging are included in the tuition, so they do not have to be procured separately.
New Online Registration: Now you can apply online for CEL programs. Find the program you want (go here for a complete listing), then simply click the "Apply" button. As an alternative, you can use the FaxBack Registration Reply Form or agency form. Either way, you can use your government bankcard for the tuition!
Note: This Registration Reply Form is for CEL programs only. If you wish to register for the Leadership for a Democratic Society (four-week) program, contact your agency training office.
