SAMHSA Matrix & OAS Short Reports

Released September 9, 2004: 2003 National Survey on Drug Use & Health

SAMHSA's National Advisory Councils, constituents, staff, and other stakeholders in the mission and vision of SAMHSA provided input that resulted in the SAMHSA matrix.  The SAMHSA matrix was developed to visually depict SAMHSA's priority programs and cross-cutting principles that will guide SAMHSA's programs, policies, and allocation of resources. To make the information more readily available from its statistical studies, SAMHSA's Office of Applied Studies (OAS) presents its data reports arranged by SAMHSA's Matrix of Program Priorities.
