Operations and Analysis
Chief: Lorah Tidwell
Administers the Federal contracts for the operation of the national list of patients waiting for organ transplants and the organ placement center that matches donors with recipients, as well as the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients that collects and analyzes data on all recipients of kidney, pancreas, kidney-pancreas, liver, heart, lung, and heart-lung transplants.

Public and Professional Education
Chief: Mary Ganikos, PhD
Conducts initiatives to improve awareness of organ and tissue donation and transplantation and administers grants that fund model interventions to increase organ and tissue donation.

Bone Marrow Transplantation
Chief: Robert Baitty
Provides Federal oversight to the National Marrow Donor Program a private nonprofit network of donor recruitment, marrow collection and transplant centers.
