Prototype Laboratory
Caption:
A Class 1000 clean room facility located at the Georgia Tech Center for Low Cost Electronics Packaging Research. The prototype lab enables the processing of 300-mm SOP substrates with high-density wiring and integral passives. The Georgia Tech PRC is a non-profit consortia funded by the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Centers Program, the electronics industry, and the State of Georgia.
