Microject Cooling Technology

A researcher in the microelectronics thermal management program investigates the performance of microject cooling technology developed at the Georgia Tech Packaging Research Center. The Georgia Tech PRC is a non-profit consortia funded by the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Centers Program, the electronics industry, and the State of Georgia.
