This image shows an infrared near field microscopic image of a nanostructure polystyrene poly (dimethylsiloxane) block copolymer surface. The upper image shows surface imaged at constant tip-surface separation. The bottom image shows the surface imaged at constant height above the substrate. PDMS appears as the small bumps in the lower image.
