Macrophage Moving Along Surface
Caption:
A macrophage moves along a surface.
Macrophages are mobile cells that make up the clean-up crew in the body. They engulf and remove tissue debris after an injury, foreign particles from bodily fluids, bacteria and dead cells. This work was performed by the Matsudaira Lab.
