Light Scattering from Nanoparticles

Caption:

Light scattering from a pair of nanoparticles.

This research was performed at the National Science Foundation-supported Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center (NSEC) for Integrated Nanopatterning and Detection Technologies, headquartered at Northwestern University. The NSEC brings together a unique partnership of academic institutions, industrial partners, and national labs in an effort to make advances in the development of advanced nanopatterning techniques and nanoscale sensors.

The work is supported primarily by the Nanoscale Science and Engineering Initiative of the National Science Foundation under NSF Award Number EEC-0118025.
