The Greenville Rancheria Tribal Health Clinic is nestled against the western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range in Northeastern California, and set amidst the pines of the Plumas National Forest. The Clinic is located approximately 2 hours north of Reno, Nevada and approximately 2 and a half hours north-east of Sacramento, California. Whether you enjoy the great outdoors, prefer to indulge in history and the arts, Greenville has a multitude of offerings. There are trails for hiking, snowmobiling or horseback riding, and dozens of lakes and streams of all sizes (i.e. Lake Almanor,Antelope Lake, Bucks Lake, Round Valley Lake are some of the closest), perfect for fishing, boating and swimming. Set in these majestic mountains, the Greenville Rancheria Tribal Health Clinic is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) who preferably is board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Must have current California License. The Tribal Health Clinic serves as an active primary care community clinic in Greenville, California. The Tribe contracts under a PL 638 Indian Health Service contract and is a "tribal hire" - not under Public Health Service. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. There is no after hours call. Great working environment with friendly staff.
