Description
 
NASA Headquarters (HQ) has a requirement for a Certified Coaching and Organizational Learning Program.

NASA HQ proposes to enter into a contract with Newfield Network, Inc. for a certified coaching and organizational learning program. The potential contract will be for a basic period of 12-months. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source, NASA intends to award this contract to Newfield Network, Inc., Onley, MD.

Newfield Network is uniquely suited to provide NASA with the necessary development and coaching support services as defined in the Agency's Strategic Human Capital Plan for improved performance.

Newfield Network shall provide NASA employees with a coaching certification program, accredited by the International Coach Federation, that teaches participants the basic competencies of executive coaching. In addition to coaching, the coaching and organizational learning program focuses on the topics of organizational learning, building trust, and creating organizational change.

Newfield Network will provide three-in-person conferences, bi-weekly tele-classes, reading of Newfield papers and related coaching materials, and many one-on-one conversations with program colleagues. Each participant will be supported throughout the program with a Newfield Network Certified Mentor Coach.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on September 19, 2003. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12.
