NASA SHARED SERVICES CENTER (NSSC) PROCUREMENT PRESOLICITATION CONFERENCE
NASA will hold a Pre-solicitation Conference September 7, 2004. The initially planned date of September 1, 2004 was changed due to personnel/auditorium unavailability. The conference will be held 1-4 p.m. in the Auditorium (Room 1G60) at the NASA Headquarters building in Washington DC. NASA offers this conference to provide offerors with current information regarding the anticipated release of the NSSC final solicitation. Questions that offerors want specifically addressed should be submitted to the Contracting Officer by email at James.Becker-1@nasa.gov prior to the conference, but no later than September 1, 2004. Interested parties (including the MEO) should contact Ms. Bonnie Cleary at 202-429-8426 or by email at bcleary@mail.hq.nasa.gov by no later than 4:30 p.m. E.S.T. September 1, 2004 to register for the conference and to make the necessary security/badging arrangements to enter NASA Headquarters.
Offerors are reminded that the final release date for the solicitation is now on/about September 13, 2004.
