NASA Headquarters plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) for Human Resources, Financial Management, Procurement, and Information Technology Support Services, resulting in either a contract (or letter of obligation if the Most Efficient Organization (MEO) is the successful offeror) with a 5-year base period of performance and five 1-year option periods. The type of contract contemplated is Cost-Plus Award Fee.
This procurement is being conducted using Full and Open Competition.
This procurement is being conducted as a standard competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76.
