This is a modification to the synopsis entitled, SEEKING OFFERS TO DIGITALLY DISSEMINATE NASA MOTION PICTURE FILM, PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO, EXHIBITS AND OTHER MEDIA. You are notified that NASA will extend the deadline for proposal submission from June 4, 2004 to June 25, 2004, 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Proposals must arrive in hard copy as stated in the solicitation, but an electronic copy of the proposal may be sent by email as well. All forms must be received by the deadline stated above. NASA plans to do a competitive range of best proposals to meet the needs and requirements of the solicitation. NASA may invite companies to come in for additional questions from the evaluation team and to conduct demonstrations.
Several questions have been asked regarding the complexities of the project as well as the value of one of the Agency's assets, the NASA web portal. NASA would like to present that information to all prospective proposers. (Please see attached file).
The due date for responses is extended to June 25, 2004.
