This is a modification to the synopsis entitled A WEB-BASED DESIGN PORTAL FOR THE NASA ENGINEERING TRAINING PROGRAM. which was posted on September 8, 2004. You are notified of the following:

The objective of this proposed work is to develop an internet-based design resource for NASA engineers, technicians, and technical managers, as well as the interested general public. The NASA Engineering Training Program would fulfill several purposes by serving as a research and teaching resource for NASA Engineering Training courses, a "design watering hole" that will allow designers within NASA and its contractor base, as well as the larger engineering community, to access information, submit case studies, and participate in an on-going conversation on design and design practice.

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
