This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Human and Robotic Technology which was posted on June 29, 2004. You are notified that the following changes are made:

The due date for proposals or final GTAs from offerors granted an extension due to hurricane impact is now revised to October 13, 2004, 4:30 p.m. EDT.
