NOTICE: Previous technical difficulties with our fax imaging technology require that applicants confirm that their records are stored in the database. Please follow these instructions to confirm your application status:

  1. At the logon screen, type in username and password
  2. Select "Generate Fax Cover Sheet"
  3. Click "Next"
  4. Look under "Status" to see if your documents have been received.
If the Status says "Not Received", please re-transmit the documents using the same fax cover sheets. You can follow the above steps to confirm that we have received them.

IMPORTANT: When faxing your transcripts and other documents, please send all transcripts under one fax transmission. The fax imaging technology allows us to store only one faxed transcript. Therefore, if you send two separate transcripts (i.e., transcripts from two different universities), the last one sent will be the only transcript on file.

ATTENTION: Users who are having problems accessing the application should set their browsers appropriately. This could be due to firewall issues if the page is accessed through a personal, school, or work network, or due to high settings in your internet security. If you have control over the firewall, lower the settings for the current application session. Other steps to try out are:

  • In Internet Explorer, click on Tools - Internet Options - Security - Trusted Sites - Sites. Add *dos.exe to the zone, and click "apply". Also, lower your security settings to either medium or low for this particular session. Click "Ok", close your browser and re-launch, and the application should now be accessible.

  • In Internet Explorer, click on Tools - Internet Options - Security - Internet. Make sure that the security levels are at medium or lower for this particular session. Click "Ok", close your browser and re-launch. The application should now be accessible.

  • Enable javascript in Internet Explorer. Select Internet Options - Security - Click on the Custom level button at bottom. The Security Settings dialog box will pop up. Under Scripting category enable Active Scripting, Allow paste options via script and Scripting of Java applets Click OK twice to close out. Close your browser and re-launch.
Don't forget to reset your browser and/or firewall to your original settings.
