The HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse provides users the ability to download some of the available data sets to conduct more in depth analyses. Currently, the information available for download is from the Primary Care Service Area (PCSA) project.
Users wishing to access spatial information from the HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse may do so using a GIS client capable of accessing spatial data through a web service by referencing the following URL: http://datawarehouse.hrsa.gov and connecting to the HGDW_Mapping service.
Note: Data available from this service requires users to be proficient in GIS and may require access to GIS software. Additionally, the complete set of fonts used for the point symbols in layers such as the HRSA grants, may not be installed on all systems. If a particular font is not found, the grant symbols, for example, may appear as letters and/or punctuation marks. Users should use their GIS software to assign meaningful symbology according to their specific needs.
Prior to accessing these data, users are strongly encouraged to examine the metadata and consult the HRSA Geospatial Data Warehouse data dictionary to properly interpret the column names/values.
