To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2003 for military activities of the Department Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; FINDINGS. (a) Short Title.--This Act may be cited as the ``Bob Stump National Defense Subtitle C--Land Conveyances PART I--ARMY CONVEYANCES SEC. 2821. <<NOTE: 16 USC 668dd note.>> TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION, FORT MCCLELLAN, ALABAMA, TO ESTABLISH MOUNTAIN LONGLEAF NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE.
