We
provide headquarters-level coordination for Service involvement in water resources
development project planning, permitting and licensing. These include projects
constructed by Federal agencies, permitted under the Corps of Engineer's Regulatory
Program, and licensed for non-Federal hydropower projects, as well as various
Federal actions on and off of Federal lands. We also administer the National
Environmental Policy Act for the Fish and Wildlife Service.
