Every other year the Bureau of Primary Health Care publishes the Migrant Health Centers Referral Directory. This directory is compiled from a database maintained by the National Center for Farmworker Health (NCFH). The directory lists health centers by state, and includes maps which show the locations of migrant health centers in each state. Also listed are contact information for Public Health Service national staff and regional offices, state and regional primary care associations, national committees, and other resources for farmworkers.

The 1998-99 Migrant Health Centers Referral Directory is currently available, and the 2000 edition will be available Summer 2000. You can request a copy of the latest referral directory by calling the NCFH Resource Center at 1-800-531-5120.
