Reformat put the header into the sequence.
The file does not contain the dividing line. Input
files for
Reformat need to have a header, a dividing line, and
a sequence. The dividing line contains only two dots, and nothing
else. For example, an input file like this will work:
Human fetal Beta globin G gamma
..
AGGAAGCACC CTTCAGCAGT TCCACA
But if the middle line with the dots is missing, Reformat will assume
the whole file contains a sequence. It says:
No ".." divider
and will create a 'sequence' that looks like:
REFORMAT of: test.seq check: -1 from: 1 to: 52 June 17, 1997 10:14
