I have a GCG question; who do I ask?
Use the helix
ptr help system to
send your problem to the helix staff. To use the ptr system, type 'ptr' at the
helix prompt. The program will prompt you for your phone number,
a summary and description of the problem. When you have finished,
your report will be forwarded to the
helix staff. A staffer will contact you by phone or email.
You can also call
DCRT's Technical Assistance and Support Center at
(301-59)4-DCRT or email them at 4dcrt@nih.gov.
Many problems are related to connection software or user configurations,
and TASC can help with those. GCG-specific problems will be forwarded
to the helix staff.
