What GCG program should I use for?

Want to do some sequence analysis, but are not sure if GCG will do what you want, &/or which GCG program to use for this purpose? Try the 'genmanual' command, which gives you help organized by groups of utilities. The current groups are:
     * Appendices
     * Comparison
     * Database Searching
     * Editing and Publication
     * Evolution
     * Fragment Assembly
     * Gene Finding and Pattern Recognition
     * Importing and Exporting
     * Mapping
     * Primer Selection
     * Protein Analysis
     * RNA Secondary Structure
     * SeqLab
     * Translation
     * Utilities
     * Release Notes
Up and down arrow keys will move you through the selection. Right arrow key will go into that section, which will give you a description of the group, and the names of the programs which are associated with these functions. Left arrow key will move you back to the main menu. This is basically the 'lynx' browser, so type 'man lynx' if you want to know all the options.
