searching, interlibrary loan, photocopying, and desktop access to databases.
In order to borrow library materials, primary clients must register for
a library card by presenting a valid HHS building pass and a completed

in-house use of library materials, photocopying, and in-house access to
databases.
Locating Materials
Books, journals, newsletters, indexes, and technical reports are listed

each library. The address for Web access to the online catalog is

- Books are arranged by call number in both the reference and
regular collections. The call number for each item in the reference
collection will begin with a "REF" indicator.
