10/13/2004: NIHnet Maintenance: Executive Boulevard Routing Optimization
On Wednesday, October 20, 2004, from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m., CIT/DNST engineers will be performing a routing optimization maintenance between the Executive Boulevard and Rockledge networks and the Bethesda Campus. There is no expected impact to any NIH networks, although there may be momentary loss of connectivity as the NIHnet routing converges and there may be minimum packet loss and data retransmission. 10/7/2004: NIHnet Maintenance: Listserv Upgrade
On Saturday, 10/16/2004, from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., CIT/DNST will be performing a hardware and software upgrade on the server that hosts Listserv. During this maintenance window, the Listserv website, http://list.nih.gov, will not be available. Please note that all listserv e-mail will be queued and will be processed on completion of the maintenance. 8/25/2004 2:53:29 PM: ATV Experiencing Technical Difficulties
The NIH Help Desk has been informed that some users are having difficulty accessing the Admission Travel Voucher system due to technical issues with the registration process. The service providers are diligently working toward a resolution for this issue. There is no ETR at this time. When the problem is resolved the help desk will be notified and this notification will be updated. Thank you for your patience and understanding as a resolution for this problem is being sought.
