FDA's Office of Cosmetics and Colors (OCAC) is moving.
Our Division of Cosmetics and Compliance/Compliance and Regulations Team and Special Projects Team as well as our Division of Colors Certification and Technology will be moving to College Park, MD, beginning at the end of October through mid-November.
Our Cosmetics Technology Branch already has moved to permanent labs at College Park. Our cosmetics Toxicology Branch has labs in both College Park and Laurel, MD.
The mailing address for all of OCAC will remain at Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) headquarters:
