Submission of an NOI is not binding and the information will be used for planning purposes only. The Notice of Intent to Propose may be submitted electronically through the Internet by completing the form available at Proposal Online. You are urged to use these electronic notice of intent forms unless you do not have access to the Internet. In that case, NASA will accept a FAX copy sent to 202-479-0511 with the following information:

• Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator names and addresses, (including Zip + 4)
• Research Opportunity Identifier
• Title of proposal
• Telephone number
• Fax number
• Email address
• A brief summary of your proposal (Please limit this summary to no more than 3000 characters.)
