The Center for Information Technology has two locations.
The first is on the NIH main campus (map) at 12 South Drive, Bethesda, Maryland. The NIH campus is directly opposite the National Naval Medical Center, north of the Bethesda business district and south of the beltway. The Medical Center station of the Metrorail subway is less than a 10-minute walk to CIT.

Building 12A
A security guard is stationed at the west entrance of Building 12A,
7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The east entrance is restricted
to cardkey access only. Anyone entering Building 12A must display a valid Government ID or show current photo identification and register with the security guard.
10401 Fernwood Road
A security guard is stationed at the south entrance of the Fernwood Building, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Anyone entering must display a valid Government ID or show current photo identification and register with the security guard.
