General Computing Support For Scientists
Helix Systems - provides high-performance computing systems for the intramural NIH community, as well as web-based scientific tools to ease and enhance scientific research.
Statistical Software Team - Provides technical support for the statistical software systems it supports to NIH employees and all users of the CIT computing facilities.

Collaborative Research
Center for Molecular Modeling (CMM) - Provides scientific collaboration and guidance in computational chemistry and structural biology to the NIH community.
Computational Bioscience and Engineering Laboratory (CBEL) - Develops and exploits high performance computer systems to facilitate Biomedical research.
Division of Compuatational Bioscience (DCB) - Engages in computational science and engineering collaborations with the NIH Intramural Research Program, and provides computational tools and resources for the NIH biomedical research staff.
High Performance Computing and Informatics Office - Develops computational methods and algorithms for complex biomedical problems; and provides consultation and support in high performance computing and advanced statistics, including analyzing and interpreting scientific data.
Imaging Sciences Laboratory (ISL) - Develops and applies advanced imaging methods and algorithms to biomedical images which range from the entire body to the molecular level.
Mathematical and Statistical Computing Laboratory (MSCL) - Applies mathematical and physical techniques to biophysical and medical research.
