DLA Customer Assistance Handbook

The Fourteenth Edition (2002) of the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook is only available electronically to .mil or .gov IP addresses.   Hardcopy of the Handbook can be ordered at http://www.supply.dla.mil/forms/cust_request.asp or by sending a request to subscriptions@dlis.dla.mil.  If non-government persons working on government projects require the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook, please be informed to contact your government Point of Contact (POC).  The DLA Customer Assistance Handbook will be issued to the government POC for use by the non-government personnel upon request.

Although we strive to provide current information for our customers in the handbook, things change quickly. So, you will find corrections to the handbook on the website as well. Thank you so much for your patience as we compiled, coordinated, and printed the handbook.

The DLA Customer Assistance Handbook now has a centralized email address for all of your editorial comments! Editorial related matters should be sent to: handbook@dla.mil. No longer do you need to know "who's who at DLA" to send in your Handbook comments. This centralized address will be monitored by the Handbook Editor and other staff members to handle your editorial comments, suggestions, and/or feedback. We rely on your input to help us continually improve the DLA Customer Assistance Handbook. Your thoughts on what we're doing and how we could make things even better are important and we are committed to listening to your needs.
