MCBUL files require MS Word 6 or an MS Word compatible viewer (only MCBUL files are in MS Word)
Right hand mouse: right click on the file icon, select "Save Target as..." ; at the prompt provide desired file name and location
Left hand mouse: left click on the file icon, select "Save Target as..."; at the prompt provide desired file name and location
