The following FY-05 boards have not received final approval as of 12 October:

RESERVE: LCDR Line, LT

A NAVADMIN will be released authorizing promotions for all outstanding 1 October promotions confirmed after 30 September as soon as possible. All October 1 promotees will receive a 1 October 2004 Date of Rank and back pay as appropriate.
