ESG 3 Commander Visits USS Juneau
ABOARD USS JUNEAU, Northern Arabian Gulf (NNS) -- USS Juneau (LPD 10) welcomed Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Joseph V. Medina, commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 3/Commander, Task Force 58 on the ship’s flight deck Sept. 21.
Medina, the first Marine Corps general officer to command a sea-based Expeditionary Strike Group, came to welcome the ship to ESG 3 and the Northern Arabian Gulf (NAG) area of operations.
