1.	Enter your user type.
2.	Please enter your SSN without dashes.
3.	Enter your email address. (An email will be sent to you for verification.)
4.	Enter your user id. (This will be your username/login name for Navy Medicine Online (NMO). It must be less than 10 chracters in length)
5.	Enter a password and verify. Your password should be between eight and twelve characters long and consist of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, using all four character sets.
