spacer gif2004 OPM Federal Workforce Conference

If you are a Federal Government agency leader, manager, or practitioner responsible for aspects of human capital management, or a line manager responsible for implementing human capital initiatives, the materials from the 2004 OPM Federal Workforce Conference will enhance your knowledge and present human capital strategies that will help you and your agency to deliver better and more effective services.  As a service to those who were unable to attend, DON OCHR has arranged to provide these materials on the DON OCHR website.
