Employee Death / Survivor Benefits
None of us likes to face the possibility of catastrophic illness or death.  This page has primarily been developed to assist and to inform you of potential benefits entitlement and the necessary processes associated with the death of an employee. 

The Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program
Employees must contact the LTC Partners at 1-800-LTCFEDS when they are either newly transferred into DLA personnel servicing, transferring out of DLA personnel servicing or retiring. If the employee does not contact the LTC Partners, the active coverage is interrupted.
