You should see a pop-up window appear when you access
this page.
If you do not see a Pop-Up window, your
system may be blocking pop-ups. For Windows XP users, service patch 2
includes a pop-up blocking component.
The following steps can help you set up your Internet
browser to allow popup windows for the AFPC web pages.
1. Open your Internet browser.

Select Tools > Internet Options.

Click on the "Security" tab.

Click on the "Trusted Sites" picture.

Click on the "Sites" button.
-
Uncheck the box next to "Require server
verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".

Type in *.af.mil in the
first window.

Click on the "Add" button. You should
now see "*.af.mil" in the second window.

Click on the "Ok" button for the Trusted
Sites box.

Click on the "Ok" button for the
Internet Options box.

Select Edit > Preferences.

Double click on the "Privacy & Security"
option.

Click on "Popup Windows".
-
If the box next to "Block unrequested
popup windows" is checked, click on the "Allowed Sites"
button. Type in *.af.mil in the first
window. Click on the "Add" button. You should now see
"*.af.mil" in the second window. Click on the "Ok"
button for the Allowed Web Sites box.

If the box next to "If the box next to
"Block unrequested popup windows" is unchecked, then you
do not need to do anything to allow popups.

Click on the "Ok" button for the
Preferences box.

2. Configure your search and/or
ad-blocking toolbar. Examples of these bars can be found below. These bars
include an ad-blocking component in the tool bar. For
information on how to add *.af.mil to the list a allowed sites
or to temporarily disable to the popup blocker component, please refer to
the help pages for the toolbar.
There are over 30 different programs that block popup windows, 3 of the
most popular ones are shown below.
Any
of them will block the necessary popup pages on AFPC Secure if they are
installed

Troubleshooting TIPS:
Some of them make special sounds (i.e.
Zapping, Splatting, Ding, Beep, Boing) but not click.
Some are temporarily disabled by holding
down the <Ctrl> or the <Shift> key while clicking.
Some have configuration settings that
enable the user to add specific pages to a "safe" list.
Some can be disabled in the settings of
the program.
Some can be un installed from [Add Remove
Programs] in the control panel (if administrator).
