DIRECTOR, OTMD

MISSION

The Operations and Training Management Directorate (OTMD) plans, directs, coordinates, and supervises all activities involved in the conduct of training.  OTMD is responsible for support functions involving validation of training material, scheduling, and academic records.  OTMD also coordinates the implementation of training programs, including the application of new technologies and the integration of new system training/doctrinal requirements into proponent training.
