The Commanding General of the Army Materiel Command (CG AMC) is personally interested in feedback from supported customers. Please complete this questionnaire Online. This survey is designed to obtain feedback on customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement by AMC in supporting the military, from the Acquisition community to our deployed soldiers.

The results of the survey will be evaluated to determine corrective actions required to aid in the continuous improvement of AMC services to our armed forces.

The AMC is the military logistics provider for a multitude of products and services from the factory to users forward in the field. Army managed items of supply, Army National Maintenance Provider, Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS), Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), Field Assistance Science and Technology (FAST), Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA), Logistics Support Element (LSE) / Logistics Assistance Representatives (LAR) and services are a portion of the critical functions AMC provides to the field on a continuous basis. This encompasses ammunition support, contracting, reparables quality, and other attributes necessary for warfighter preparedness.
