Inprocessing

New Hire Temp Hire Reinstatement Transfer

Inprocessing for newly arriving civilian employees is held every other Monday at 0800 in the CPAC Conference Room, 700 Quarters Road (Building 12400, 1st Floor), Fort Lee, VA.  In an effort to streamline inprocessing, we request all future Fort Lee employees to complete various forms prior to your Enter on Duty (EOD) date.  Click on the appropriate appointment type above to retrieve the appropriate forms.

Some forms retrieved through this page are in format, which must be printed and thenGet Adobe Acrobat completed.  Screen-fillable PDF Version forms are fillable on your computer.  To view either type format, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  The Acrobat Reader is available free from Adobe.  Be sure to print all forms once completed.  These forms should accompany you on the day you inprocess.

In addition, all new hires who will require an official e-mail account and/or will be occupying a sensitive position are required to complete an Electronic Personnel Security Questionnaire (EPSQ).  The software for this requirement may be downloaded from https://sclient.dss.mil/download/ and installed on your home computer for your completion.  This will be considered a "new" installation of the Subject Edition.  This site requires a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) compliant browser, and is most secure when using Internet Explorer or Netscape. AOL users may experience minor distortions in the appearance of fonts, table alignment, etc., but this does not affect system functionality.  Instructions and helpful hits for completing the EPSQ are available by clicking here.

Veterans -- The National Personnel Records Center has provided the following website for veterans to access their DD Form 214 online: http://vetrecs.archives.gov.  A copy of your DD Form 214 is required.

NOTE:  All employees, except those on a Temporary Appointment, will receive a "Welcome to Fort Lee, Virginia:  Guide for New Employees" upon inprocessing.  Be sure to check the Employee Guide page to keep your binder current.
