* SYSTEM  MESSAGE * ATTENTION Subscription Customers of the FEDLOG: DLIS Battle Creek has just announced it is redesigning its FEDLOG CD-ROM product. Beginning in October 2004, the only CD-ROM product that will be available for FEDLOG will be a 5-disk set that will contain ALL of the data previously available on CD-ROM. The FEDLOG (FOUO), Disk 5 and Disk 6 products will no longer be produced. Current subscribers to the three currently available FEDLOG CD-ROM products will automatically receive this new FEDLOG 5-Disk Set product beginning with the October delivery. The Registration process allows new Government customers to create an account within the the Forms On-line system in order to purchase warehouse stock. Downloading digital forms is free, and does not require registration. Please note this feature is only available to Government personnel who have a valid DODAAC (UIC).  The individual customer account provides capabilities for optional payment methods such as Fund Code or Credit Cards and a one time registration of the customer related information. To purchase warehouse-stocked Form documents through this web site, Government customers are required to set up an account.  Government customers can elect to pay for the purchase of items using a credit card or a valid Fund Code. Commercial customers may only pay by check. Digital documents can be downloaded at no cost. All users are strongly urged to review the FAQ section, prior to submitting orders through this web site. This feature enables Government and Commercial users to review the status of their orders for Forms. The status is provided for orders placed through this website or through the MILSTRIP process. The Order Status process requires Government users to provide either their user ID and password or a single MILSTRIP Requisition. Commerical users are required to provide their Order ID and Access Code in order to obtain the status. This feature permits government users to search and retrieve their credit card information. Users can search by credit card number, date range and dollar amount. Users will be required to enter user ID and password to ensure credit card integrity and security. This feature allows Government users to change their Forms On-line account information. Users are encouraged to maintain accurate and current credit information, as well as, change their initial assigned password as soon as possible.
