Finding the report you want... To quickly locate the reports you want to view, you can filter the report list by the report title and/or service component. Choose to Search for reports containing All Words, Any Words, or Exact Phrase, then type the text to search for. Select the Service Component you wish to view reports for. Click Search Now... to filter the report list based on your selections. Once the report list has been filtered, you can view the full list again by clearing your selections, and click Search Now... again. If you do not find the report you're looking for, try the IDEAS website. If you wish to request a custom retrieval (not available via IDEAS or these reports), please contact our retrieval analysts as described in these Personnel Data Retrieval Guidelines. Viewing your report... To view a specific report, select it from the list and click the View Report button. You may also view a report by double-clicking the entry from the list. This will open a new window with the requested report. When you are done with the report, simply close it to return to this page. By default, your report is displayed with Adobe Acrobat Reader* (PDF), but if you wish to view your report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, change the selection list next to the View Report button. *Promotion reports are only available as Microsoft Excel Files. The selection list next to the View Report button is ignored for these reports. |
