G-CIM-3 is responsible for 3 primary functions:

(1.)  The USCG Directives System

(2.)  The USCG Directives System (CD-ROM),

(3.)  Directives Review, and

(4.)  Printing Services.

G-CIM-3 also produces:

(1.)  The Directives, Publications and Reports Index (DPRI),

(2.)  The Standard Distribution List (SDL),

(3.)  Promulgation of the State By State (SBS) Listing of Coast Guard units,

(4.)  Performs peripheral duties such as management of Records of
                               Coordination, and

(5.)  The Working Capital Fund.
