Welcome to the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard website!

The intent of this website is to provide you with as much pertinent and relevant information on how we’re doing business in the Coast Guard today.   It’s  important for every Coast Guard member to stay informed on today’s issues, policies and initiatives, regardless of  status, officer, enlisted, active, reserve, civilian, auxiliarist or family member.  The more informed you are, the better you can understand the processes that occur in decision and policy making in our service. 

The MCPOCG is the principal advisor to the Commandant of the Coast Guard on quality of life, career development, work environment and, personnel matters affecting enlisted personnel; it is just as important to ensure the Commandant hears from "Team Coast Guard."  You are encouraged to provide any questions or comments that you may have through your respective command master chief.  It’s easy to connect with them, just click on the "Command Master Chief" box, and you’ll be able to connect to the responsible "gold badge" position for your unit.
