Approximately 80% of pay
entitlements/changes are generated by personnel actions. We are responsible
for coordinating resolution of personnel pay problems when the personnel office,
disbursing office, or the member has exhausted all other available resources.

We urge service
members to work through their issues with their respective personnel/disbursing offices,
and to follow the chain of command first, before contacting us. However, if
resolution does not come about through the proper channels, our personnel specialists will
